THE HARTFORD HUB REDESIGN
• Challenge: The Frictionless Portal needed a new interface design that helped Corporate partners navigate the Salesforce Platform easier to upgrade and add services for their clients.
• Action: Using, the requirements and working directly with product owners to come up with a better experience for online users that would be simple to use, and intuitive.
• Results: Currently the designs have been developed and are in production.
